Transform Your Limits, Embrace The Void
Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - I was pretty much broken back in 2019. Eight years coaching at those big-box gyms, watching people spin their wheels on equipment they didn't need, doing workouts that weren't getting them anywhere. The whole industry felt fake, y'know?
Started training clients in a garage space on Robson with nothing but kettlebells, a pull-up bar, and this crazy idea that less could actually be more. No mirrors. No machines that cost more than a car. Just movement that actually matters.
Here's what I learned from working with over 300 athletes and everyday people - your body doesn't care about fancy equipment. It cares about intensity, purpose, and pushing past what you thought was possible. That's the void we're talking about. That uncomfortable space where growth happens.
We built this place for people who're tired of fitness BS. No gimmicks. No 30-day miracle promises. Just solid programming backed by real experience and a community that'll push you when you wanna quit.
Every class here is designed from stuff I've tested on myself first. If it doesn't work, we don't teach it. Our coaches aren't just certified - they've been through their own transformations and know what it's like to struggle.
We keep groups small 'cause I can't stand watching people get lost in the back of a 40-person class. You'll get coached, corrected, and challenged every single session.

The Beginning
Started with 12 members in a 600 sq ft space. No AC, no fancy stuff - just people who wanted results. We'd train at 6am before I went to my day job.
Growth
Yeah, that year hit everyone hard. Took classes outside to Stanley Park. Lost some members but gained a crew who really got what we're about. That struggle made us stronger, honestly.
Expansion
Moved into 1247 Robson - 2,500 sq ft of actual gym space. Still kept it minimal though. Added proper equipment but nothing unnecessary. Hit 75 members by December.
Team Building
Hired three coaches who actually get it. Not just paper certifications - people who've done the work themselves. Launched our nutrition coaching program 'cause you can't out-train a bad diet.
Recognition
Started getting athletes from local teams showing up. Word spread about our athletic performance programs. Got featured in Vancouver Magazine's "Best Gyms" - didn't even apply for it.
Innovation
Added recovery and mobility workshops 'cause people were getting injured trying to go hard without proper foundation. It's not sexy, but it works. Now running 25+ classes weekly with 150+ members.
Today
We're not the biggest gym in Vancouver, and that's fine by me. We're the place where people actually show up and do the work. Every member knows each other. Every coach knows your name. That's how it should be.
